Lipstick Jungle beauty Kim Raver has her pre-baby body back after giving birth in October. It's amazing how all of these celebrity moms bounce back to perfection in no time. Wondering how she did it?

But according to filmmaker husband Manu Boyer, the Lipstick Jungle star didn't have to work out around the clock to melt the pounds away. "A little bit," he said, "but not like crazy."

"My big goal was to be able to nurse my baby," Raver, 40, said at Thursday's opening of the LaCroix Boutique in midtown Manhattan. "I was lucky that it came off easily."

Her regimen: "Running after a 5-year-old and a baby," she says, referring to Leo's older brother, Luke. "Really, I've been eating really well, a full three meals and avocado. But I'm working 16 hour days, and I'm nursing."

Special "thigh-kicking" courses are also part of the package. "I've been going to this thing called Physique 57," she says. "Everything you should do after a baby that you should do."

At her current physical state you wouldn't believe that the 35 year old Spice Girl could possibly be a mother of two. In fact she didn't waste anytime getting her figure back after giving birth last April; days later she began working it on the hit show Dancing With The Stars. Although dancing helped Mel to shed some lbs her trainer reveals that getting her body back required a variety of workouts and carefully planned meals.

Mel B's trainer Joey Kormier shares the details with Fubulous Mag:

DANCING:
With all the dancing on The Spice Girls tour and Dancing With The Stars, the inches literally fell off Mel. So why not join a local salsa or belly-dancing class for a fun and sociable way to get a super-toned body?

KICKBOXING:
Trainer Joey gets Mel to build up a sweat with kickboxing sessions. This cross between martial arts and western-style boxing is perfect for general fitness and stamina.

YOGA:
For a more relaxed approach to toning your body and soothing your soul, do as The Spice Girl does and take part in a bit of stress-lowering yoga.

SLENDERTONE FLEX BOTTOM AND THIGH TONING SYSTEM:
This is  quick and easy fix to getting Mel's firm and toned muscles. You can tone up while relaxing and think about what bikini to wear.

STOMACH CRUNCHES:
Get killer abs like Mel's with this basic tummy exercise - you can do them in your bedroom.

30/40/30:
According to Mel's trainer, her diet was planned around the idea that 30 per cent of what she ate was protein, such as chicken or fish, 40 per cent was wholewheat or vegetables and 30 per cent of it was monosaturated fat, such as mackerel or salmon. This will help burn carbs quickly and uses fat cells to provide energy, helping you lose weight.

WEIGHTS:
Get yourself a pair of dumb-bells for a sure way to lose fat, while sculpting your body so it's tight, toned and ready for the beach.

WALKING:
Mel may have been hiking up in the Hollywood hills but walking to work is just as beneficial, and it's free! A pedometer is a great motivational tool - it counts your steps and the number of calories you burn too.

PROTEIN SHAKES:
Kick start your day like Mel with a protein shake. It's the building block of muscle, helps you lose weight and tones your body. They can taste great too - just like a normal milk shake.

POWER PLATE:
This exercise machine reduces a full body workout to just 15 minutes and with three sessions a week, you'll be well on your way to losing those pounds and getting a bikini body.

Just six months after giving birth, Bridget Moynahan looks to be back to her slender self. Here she is taking little John Edward Thomas for a walk in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles Wednesday. I think it's great that she can get exercise with her son right on her back.

The actress is getting on her bike – stationary bike, that is – for a spinning class at Montana Avenue's Revolution Fitness in Santa Monica. The actress was spotted taking a class from teacher Bobby Neely on Sunday, sporting a white T-shirt, black leggings and, of course, her baby bump. Kidman sat on a bike next to her personal trainer and rode to a soundtrack including songs by Mary J. Blige, Bon Jovi and everybody's favorite '80s icons, Culture Club. But Kidman seemed especially tickled by a Keith Urban song, a fellow gym-goer says. SOURCE

ABOUT SPINNING (AOL):

  • Cost: Ranges widely. Individual sessions can be as low as $5 or as high as $20
  • Time Commitment: 2 to 4 classes (typically 45 minutes) a week will help with toning and weight loss.
  • Location Limitations: N/A.
  • Special Equipment Required: Padded shorts are recommended.
  • Potential Pitfalls: N/A.
  • Boredom Rating: The fast pace of the class and the upbeat music typically overrules the ‘lack of scenery’ element.
  • Potential Injury Risk: As long as the bike is set up properly, injury risk is low.
  • Level of Fitness Required: N/A.
  • Calories Burned (based on a 150 pound woman exercising at a moderate intensity for 30 minutes): 200 to 325 calories.
  • Body Parts Worked: Legs, butt.
  • False Myths: If you’re steered away from spinning out of fear of developing ‘bulky’ legs, it’s time to change your tune. The quick rotations will leave your thighs and calves lean and sculpted.
