How nice would it be to have a dress in your closet, that will make you feel slimmer even on a fat day? If you're willing to pay $205 it's yours. Luluemon athletica is the latest fitness apparel line gaining popularity among the stars. Both Tori Spelling and Katie Holmes have been seen sporting the brand.

Tori Spelling is staying fit during her pregnancy in the brand's Reverse Groove pants ($96) and Katie Holmes even ran the New York City Marathon in a pair!

I don't think I'd spend that much money on a pair of pants made for sweating, but for those of you with deep pockets check out lululemon.com!!!

I am so in love with the healthy "foodtees" by DietDetetctive. Each tee includes a picture of a food item and a witty healthful remark below. I love them all so much that I can't even decide which one I'm going to buy for myself. I really like the "tree pose" because I'm obsessed with yoga and broccoli. There's even a tee for those of us who need to be reminded to stay away from sweets; a half eaten donut saying "think before you eat".  All designs are available in sizes for men, women, toddlers and babies.  They're also on yoga bags, aprons and totes!

Madonna's trainer Tracy Anderson has been known to share lots of great diet and fitness secrets with the general public. I swear to you, this girl knows what she's talking about. I highly encourage you to try Tracy's workout from THIS POST! I've been doing that routine twice a week for almost a year and have benefited fabulously from it. Now the A-list trainer has created a plan to help you safely shed 20 pounds in six weeks.

Here's an example of one day's meal plan:

Breakfast
1 cup Kashi cereal, with ½ cup plain — or vanilla — nonfat rice milk
Lunch
3 oz grilled chicken breast — or fresh turkey breast (no deli meat!) — with ½ cup each of chopped cucumber and tomatoes
Snack
1 cup mixed berries (try raspberries, blackberries and blueberries)
Dinner
1 cup organic pasta with ½ cup steamed spinach

I posted about FitFlops on March 25th and that very same week I bought a pair for myself. I'll admit, I was a little skeptical at first because $50 for a pair of plain black flip flops seems pricey. I'm happy to announce that my purchase was worth every penny. First of all they're extremely comfortable to the point where I've actually worn them on a 2 mile walk with my dog. Any other time I've ever worn flip flops on a walk, I ended up with blisters and soar ankles. After walking two miles with FitFlops the only thing burning was my butt and thighs, in a good way. I have been wearing them everywhere and sometimes instead of other higher priced designer sandals. I'm petite, so anything comfortable with height is a winner. I can't promise that wearing FitFlops will give you perfect legs. I wear them in addition to regular exercise, but I defiantly feel the burn! They're the perfect shoe for running errands and shopping!
