"It Mom", Gwyneth dishes about her vices and losing weight in V Magazine:

"I put on 40 pounds with Moses. And I found it really hard to loose the last 20 pounds," Paltrow, 35, admits. "I didn't mind having the big boobs. But it was the stomach roll, the back fat, and the post-pregnant butt. And it was so hard to get rid of."

She did it with by eating "organic, seasonal food that isn't processed."

"I haven't eaten meat for about fifteen years. I eat fish, a little bit of dairy – not much milk – but I love cheese," she adds. "We'll make chocolate chip cookies and eat them, but sugar makes me feel pretty bad. I have coffee and wine. I've got lots of lovely vices!" SOURCE

She must be doing something right, because her body looks amazing.

I promised to share Ashlee Simpson's diet and fitness secrets from the June issue of SHAPE magazine and here you have it...

 HER DIET:

Ashlee says she's tries to eat a moderate diet. "If I have pizza or Taco Bell one day, I'll have home-cooked meals the next", she admits.

Breakfast: Strawberry Yoplait yogurt and all-natural granola from Whole Foods.

Lunch: Turkey and veggie wraps

Dinner: Lean proteins like fish and chicken and lots of green vegetables.

"I try to listen to what my body craves" says Ashlee.

 HER FITNESS:

The singer has been training with Mike Alexander, who is best known for making her older sis look fabulous in Daisy Dukes. Ash and her trainer workout at her home where she has a treadmill, elliptical, and dumbbells. " I love it when my arms are toned, so we use weights to target them-- and we do lunges to give my small butt more shape," she says.

"Her backyard has about 30-40 steps, so I have her jog down, do lunges for th length of the pool, jog back up the stairs, then do a set of squats," Ashlee's trainer explains.

Madonna's trainer Tracy Anderson has been known to share lots of great diet and fitness secrets with the general public. I swear to you, this girl knows what she's talking about. I highly encourage you to try Tracy's workout from THIS POST! I've been doing that routine twice a week for almost a year and have benefited fabulously from it. Now the A-list trainer has created a plan to help you safely shed 20 pounds in six weeks.

Here's an example of one day's meal plan:

Breakfast
1 cup Kashi cereal, with ½ cup plain — or vanilla — nonfat rice milk
Lunch
3 oz grilled chicken breast — or fresh turkey breast (no deli meat!) — with ½ cup each of chopped cucumber and tomatoes
Snack
1 cup mixed berries (try raspberries, blackberries and blueberries)
Dinner
1 cup organic pasta with ½ cup steamed spinach

If this sounds good for you, read more of Tracy's weight loss plan HERE!
