I've never been into fake baking or self tanning creams but when I noticed my little sister's natural-looking glow, I had to ask. I highly encourage you to try Tracy's workout from THIS POST! I've been doing that routine twice a week for almost a year and have benefited fabulously from it. Now the A-list trainer has created a plan to help you safely shed 20 pounds in six weeks.

Here's an example of one day's meal plan:

Breakfast
1 cup Kashi cereal, with ½ cup plain — or vanilla — nonfat rice milk
Lunch
3 oz grilled chicken breast — or fresh turkey breast (no deli meat!) — with ½ cup each of chopped cucumber and tomatoes
Snack
1 cup mixed berries (try raspberries, blackberries and blueberries)
Dinner
1 cup organic pasta with ½ cup steamed spinach

I posted about FitFlops on March 25th and that very same week I bought a pair for myself. I'll admit, I was a little skeptical at first because $50 for a pair of plain black flip flops seems pricey. I'm happy to announce that my purchase was worth every penny. First of all they're extremely comfortable to the point where I've actually worn them on a 2 mile walk with my dog. Any other time I've ever worn flip flops on a walk, I ended up with blisters and soar ankles. After walking two miles with FitFlops the only thing burning was my butt and thighs, in a good way. I have been wearing them everywhere and sometimes instead of other higher priced designer sandals. I'm petite, so anything comfortable with height is a winner. I can't promise that wearing FitFlops will give you perfect legs. I wear them in addition to regular exercise, but I defiantly feel the burn! They're the perfect shoe for running errands and shopping!
