Actress Kate Hudson is clearly in great shape for a reason. Almost every time I see a picture of this woman she's either coming or going from an exercise class , riding her bike or playing tennis with her guy . Hudson played a friendly tennis match against beau Lance Armstrong (not pictured) Monday at the Pacific Palisades Tennis Club in Los Angeles.

I find Venus and her sister Serena to be inspirational. They're both such strong and healthy women who work very hard to achieve their athletic goals. The twins had to fight it out in the Wimbledon singles championship and Venus ended up on top. But the champ admits "Without her (Serena) , I couldn't have achieved anything," in the August issue of Shape magazine.

The tennis wunderkind, who defeated 26-year-old Serena in two sets Saturday, has faced off against her sister in seven Grand Slam finals, winning the last five. But to Venus, Serena is more than simply family, roommate, constant companion and rival. She's also Venus's role model and personal guru, imparting wisdom that gets Venus through tough matches.

"That got me through one final at Wimbledon," Venus says. "I was also thinking, 'I want to be like Serena; I want to win like Serena.' And I did."

You can pick up the August issue of Shape to learn motivating secrets from Venus Williams and 12 other Olympic athletes!

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen graces the April cover of Vogue magazine's shape issue along side LeBron James.

The model, 27, shares her love of sports with the magazine saying: "What sports teaches you is not only respect for your body but that you have to be aware of your body, that you have to work with other people. If you feel good, you play better, and if you feel better your self-worth will increase every day."

I'm curious to know what sports she actually plays? I can picture Gisele serving up tennis balls or shooting hoops.

The super bowl is just two days away, leaving limited time to plan munchies for the event. Perhaps you're hosting the bash at your house or you'll need something to bring along to the party. This list of healthy super bowl snacks should be a huge help...

Instead of regular pretzels, get a multi grain version like Snyders Multi-grain Lightly Salted Pretzel Sticks. Up the fiber and cut back on the sodium and nobody will notice the difference.

Create a veggie platter of carrots, celery, broccoli, tomatoes, and zucchini sticks. Instead of having a fatty ranch dressing opt for a fat-free version or even better; hummus. My personal favorite is Trader Joe's Chipolte Pepper Hummus.

Make Ants on a log with natural peanut butter. Check the PB ingredients to avoid hydrogenated oil and excess sugar. Using celery stalks wash and cut down to a preferred size, fill them with desired amount of peanut butter, and stick raisins or craisins atop. Fill a platter with this protein filled treat and they're sure to be eaten. Who can resist peanut butter?

Add a healthier twist to the typical tortilla chips. Choose a multi-grain variety like Multi-grain Flaxseed Gold Tortilla Chips. Add dipping selection by making guacamole. If you're not sure how to prepare guacamole, watch this instructional video. The main ingredient in guacamole is avocado. They're loaded in fiber and considered to be one of The World's Healthiest Foods.
