« An Apple A Day | Main | Sheryl Crow Does Cover of SHAPE Magazine... »

Deceptively Delicious is a book that’ll help you to get your kids eating healthier food. The author Jessica Seinfeld is a mom who got sick and tired of telling her children to eat their vegetables.

“She hides cauliflower in chicken nuggets, folds butternut squash into macaroni and cheese, and sneaks spinach into individual-size pita pizzas” describes Vogue.

In her book Jessica shares nearly one hundred parent friendly recipes and she promises that your kids won’t notice the difference. She insists “every kid who eats at my house eats my food” and adds “ I have never had one kid say ‘Ewe, is there spinach in here?’ ”.

Her recipes including donuts made with pumpkin and sweet potato and chocolate chip cookies made with chic peas sound mouth watering. You don’t have to be a mother to enjoy the creatively healthy recipes featured in this book.  Deceptively Delicious sells HERE for $17
