Spring is the perfect time of year to start getting serious about looking great. For the past few weeks I've been upping my workout intensity level and cutting back on calories, in hopes to look hot for bikini season. I'm starting the 'BIKINI FIT FOR SUMMER' tips in efforts to help all of you Be Hollywood Fit readers look your best on the beach this summer.

The first step for being bikini fit is to get the appropriate fitness footwear:

 Are your running shoes providing enough support?

Jogging sneakers are designed to provide support for your ankles helping to prevent injuries. It's important to replace them when they become worn out. Frequent joggers may need new sneakers every 4-6 months. If it's your time to purchase new running/walking shoes I suggest following these Guidelines For Buying Athletic Footwear.
