Every women in the world wishes for a miracle in beauty technology that will once and for all get rid of cellulite. There are so many creams and techniques out there, but what may work for one woman, does not for the next. I thought this article from AOL.com had some pretty good ideas.

• Shrink it. If you take in fewer calories than you burn, you'll create a calorie deficit and therefore lose weight and -- with a little luck -- cellulite. Avoid extreme dieting, though, which zaps precious muscle instead of fat. The American Dietetic Association recommends gradual weight loss of 1 to 2 pounds each week.
• Burn it. Regular exercise reduces body fat -- including cellulite. A combination of strength training and aerobic exercise helps create a foundation of smooth muscle for your fat to rest on, reducing the chances of dreaded dimpling.
• Cream it. Products containing active ingredients such as antioxidants and vasodilators shrink fat cells and loosen the fibrous bands between them, allowing the cells to spread sideways instead of bulging out. Cellulite creams don't work for everyone, however, and there's no research comparing the various products on the market. If you don't see improvement after six to eight weeks, try a different cream, or talk to your dermatologist.
• Suction it. Liposuction uses a small vacuum to suck fat from under the skin. This procedure may make cellulite less noticeable, but it won't permanently eliminate it.

However, I have a technique of my own that seems to work very well. I kind of borrowed the idea from Cindy Crawford and then manipulated it.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup ground coffee (The coffee helps to energize the fat cells from caffeine)
• 1/2 Cup Oatmeal (Oatmeal helps to calm your skin from the explain)
• 1/3 Cup extra virgin olive oil (Olive oil moisturizes)

Directions:

1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Before starting the water, get in the shower and massage your entire body in the mixture.
3. Be sure to massage extra well on your thighs, butt, and other problem areas.
4. Start the shower and using a washcloth wash the coffee grounds away.
5. Before applying soap shave your legs because the olive oil makes for a very smooth shave.
6. Wash your body as normal with soap.
7. Wash the floor of the shower with a sponge and grease fighting dish soap before getting out of the tub.
8. Dry off and apply moisturizing lotion to your body.
9. Repeat procedure once every week.

Result:

You should notice a completely rejuvenated body. Your skin should feel soft, exfoliated, moisturized and energized.
