The Sun Online reports about celebrities and some of their wacky weight loss plans. I do not feel that ALL of these diets constitute as healthy weight loss plans. A healthy diet consists of fruits, vegetables, protein, whole grain carbohydrates, and fats.

Christina Aguilera:
When the singer gains a few extra pounds she resorts to The Textures and Colours Diet. At ever meal she eats four food items: one crunchy, one soft, one hot and one cold. The plate must also contain food in bold, contrasting colours.
Kate Winslet:
When Kate gained weight from being pregnant she resorted to the Facial Analysis Diet. The diet is based on oriental method finds vitamin deficiencies and food allergies by looking at a person's face. Kate lost four stone (56lbs) in 10 months, switching red meat and milk for oatcakes and cucumber.
- Note: I am not sure how true this one is because Kate has spoken out numerous times about anti dieting!
Victoria Beckham:
The former Spice Girl lived on just sushi and pineapple to lose weight before the 2006 World Cup in Germany. Honestly I wouldn't mind that diet because I absolutely love sushi and pineapple.
Sophie Dahl:
The former curvy model lost got stick thin from drinking lots of green tea. Research shows green tea increases the rate which your body burns calories and one to two cups of tea a day supposedly burns up to 70 calories.
Jennifer Aniston:
She went on the Atkins Diet cutting out bread, pasta, rice, potatoes and other carbohydrates in favor of protein and fats. Jen lost over 30lbs on this diet and has managed to keep it off.
Elizabeth Hurley:
She went on The Caveman Diet based on eating just one meal a day and never mixing proteins with carbs. The idea is that eating in this way maximizes the body's digestive powers while minimizing its fat storing habits. Liz lost 3 and a half stone (49lbs) on this diet.
Renee Zellwegger:
To lose the extra weight from her role in Bridget Jones' Diary she went on the ice cube diet. She did a daily 20-mile hike, ate low-carb meals and snacked on ice cubes. She lost 3 stone (42lbs) on this diet.
Sarah Michelle Gellar:
The actress claimed to lose 30lbs on The Cabbage Soup Diet. On this diet you eat cabbage soup for seven days, along with fruit, vegetables, fish and chicken.
Madonna:
She follows The Macrobiotic Diet. It's based on whole grains, organic vegetables and pulses, as well as occasional white fish. Sensible stuff, you'd think. But you're not meant to cook with electricity and food should be chewed 50 times.
Uma Thurman:
The actress uses the raw food diet, which includes beef, venison and duck. The idea is that raw food contains live enzymes which boost energy. These enzymes are destroyed during cooking.
Mariah Carey:
She claims that purple foods prevent her from getting wrinkles. So three days a week she eats nothing but grapes, plums, beetroots and other purple-hued foods.
