The fabulous Carrie Bradshaw played by Sarah Jessica Parker will soon be back, but this time on the big screen. Currently the girls of Sex and the City are shooting scenes for the up coming movie. It looks as though Parker is back in tip top condition for the film, showing off her toned arms and amazing wardrobe.

Achieving sexy toned arms like SJP can be simple as doing basic push-ups in your free time. These are the steps the a perfect push-up:

1. Lie chest-down with your hands at shoulder level, palms flat on the floor and slightly more than shoulder-width apart, your feet together and parallel to each other.

2. Look forward rather than down at the floor. The first contact you make with the floor with any part of the face should be your chin, not your nose.

3. Keep your legs straight and your toes tucked under your feet.

4. Straighten your arms as you push your body up off the floor. Keep your palms fixed at the same position and keep your body straight. Try not to bend or arch your upper or lower back as you push up.

5. Exhale as your arms straighten out.

6. Pause for a moment.

7. Lower your body slowly towards the floor. Bend your arms and keep your palms in fixed position. Keep body straight and feet together.

8. Lower body until chest touches the floor. Try not to bend your back. Keep your knees off the floor, and inhale as you bend your arms.

9. Pause for a moment. Begin straightening your arms for a second push-up. Exhale as you raise your body.

Start by doing 30 push-ups with 30 second intervals between every 10. After building strength increase by doing 10 more. You'll notice results in no time at all!

Despite being a beautiful celebrity, Keira Knightley has self image issues as most women do. She's featured in the October issue of Allure magazine speaking of her self image and body issues.

On her self-image:

“I’m not Wonder Woman. I have self-esteem problems. Everybody does. You know, skinny people are allowed to feel s— about themselves.”

On being called an anorexic:

“I haven’t got a clue about how much I weigh. I do not own any scales. And I have noticed it creates an anger in people who are not skinny. People like to blame their insecurities on other people.”

Yesterday I posted about my new found appreciation for GT's Organic Raw Kombucha & Synergy . Apparently I'm not the only one sipping the benefits of this product. Halle Berry was photographed drinking a synergy back in May before she became pregnant.

Isabella Caro is a 27-year-old Frenchwoman who has suffered from anorexia since she was 13. Italian fashion label Nolita is using her in an ad campaign to publicize anorexia. And to preach against what they see as "unhealthy stereotypes" promoted by the fashion industry.

Both Giorgio Armani and designers Dolce & Gabanna have criticized the campaign, stating that anorexia is a psychiatric problem, and that "even people who take no notice of fashion get anorexic."

Last night while watching E News I learned about the latest celebrity workout trend; Kettlebells. The iron weighted balls are allegedly responsible for Geri Halliwell's recent physical transformation. The routine not only slimmed her down, but also gave her an amazing six pack.

Many other fit celebrities including Jessica Biel, Jennifer Lopez and Matthew Mcconaughey also use kettlebells with their workouts. It's no wonder why this activity is popular among the busy stars, you can burn up to 1,500 calories in just one hour of vigorous kettlebell training. The workouts include many squats and swinging the ball above the head and side to side.

Women shouldn't use over 9-18 pound balls with this intense practice. Kettlebells are pricey ranging from $60-$400! I'd recommend visiting your local sporting good stores to look for the best price.

I found this instructional DVD "Get in the Best Shape of Your LIfe" (Complete Guide to Kettlebell Exercises and Training) that received a five star rating on amazon for $40.
