Now a day there's an eco friendly way to do practically anything. I'm all about supporting the cause to help our environment, recycle and preserve. If it means paying fifty cents more for eco friendly paper towels, I don't mind. It's more about the big picture to me. It's about setting a good example to others. If they see that I recycle everything possible perhaps they'll think twice the next time they go to throw a plastic bottle in the trash.  I choose to live a healthy lifestyle and try my best to eliminate unnatural chemicals from my being. That's why I use organic beauty products.

Recycline Preserve makes a toothbrush and razor, both of which are made from 100% recycled and recycle able materials.

Tooth brush HERE for $3.95

Razor HERE for $7.25

To go along with this eco friendly duo I recommend these organic products...

Kiss My Face Peach & Creme Moisture Shave

Tom's of Maine's Peppermint Toothpaste

Watching Access Hollywood last night I learned that Tori Spelling did in fact lose the baby weight via NutriSystem. Believe it or not NutriSystem happens to be the first and only diet the Beverly Hill's 90210 star has ever followed.

“I went on the NutriSystem program after I had the baby and it took the weight off,” Tori told Access Hollywood. “I’m actually a few pounds thinner now, than I was before I had Liam."

Because Tori had never dieted before she was worried if it would be difficult. “I was terrified! I thought, ‘Oh my God! I can’t be so strict. I can’t be on flavorless food, tiny portions. What am I going to do? Am I going to starve to death?’” Tori recounted. “Then I went on NutriSystem it was convenient. It was easy.”

As for exercise this naturally thin mom admits she barely hits the gym . “It’s not like I had to workout heavily for a workout every day, except my baby is really heavy now, so that is a little of an arm workout,” Tori said.

HOW TO JUMP START YOUR WEIGHT LOSS VIA NUTRISYSTEM:

  • NutriSystem is designed to include low Glycemic Index carbohydrates and the right amounts of protein and fiber, yet still be low in fat. Each food item fits into the NutriSystem Nourish low-glycemic meal plan that's very easy to follow. You just grab an entrée, add-in a few grocery items (like fresh fruits, vegetables, salads and dairy items), and you're ready to go. Plus! You get to eat five times a day to help reduce those cravings between meals!
  • First choose one of the six programs available. They have special plans for everyone including women, men, diabetics and vegetarians.
  • Place your order which will include 28 Breakfasts, lunches, dinners and desserts. 28 days of NutriSystem delivered to your door will cost you just under $400. Which actually isn't so bad considering the cost of food at the grocery store. I must spend at least $50 a day on food between two people because healthy organic food is super expensive.

Brian Wansink, a professor at Cornell University and author of "Mindless Eating" , won this year's prize in nutrition for a study showing that people eat nearly 75 percent more soup, without realizing it, if eating from a specially-rigged "bottomless" bowl.

Wansink's prize-winning research showed that people "eat" with their eyes instead of their stomach, using visual cues like the amount of soup left in a bowl to determine when they are full. When those visual cues are skewed -- for example, if a bowl of soup never goes empty, no matter how much a person eats -- we can end up consuming a lot more calories than we realize. SOURCE

“We’re starting to believe that when we see celebrities they’re supposed to look like the magazine covers that they appear on. That’s just not true. That’s 4,000 professionals plastering make-up and doing hair and wearing big gowns and air-brushing. That’s not reality.”

Charlize Theron

Well if you're stunningly gorgeous like Charlize then you don't even need airbrushing to look perfect. However some celebrities need the airbrushing in order to pull off certain looks. Maybe if they dressed them appropriately for their body type things would be different. I do agree that it gives a false perception of a real woman's body image.
