Although fitness plans can be made a more fun activity by playing basket ball or going mountain biking, the home-bound individuals can get somewhat similar benefits from even interactive video games that require one to move ones’ limbs the same way as if they were playing the sport in real .Other home fitness activities can be carried through very effectively with the help of an ab machine. A yet, easier way to get the body toned up is the pilates exercise that do not require any exercise equipment necessarily.

In Super-Skinny Me: The Race to Size Zero, two female journalists will use various extreme diets to lose weight. This controversial shock doc will air Sunday at 10pm on BBC America. The program will document the journalists dropping from average size 8 to super skinny size 0 in just five weeks.

With an estimated one in 200 American women suffering from anorexia this is a very serious issue and should not be taken lightly. The Eating Disorder Association said it had "very serious concerns" about the health of the women taking part. Health risks include developing an eating disorder and medical problems such as osteoporosis and fertility problems.

I don't see any point to this documentery, personally I think it's disgusting. These women are forcing an eating disorder upon themselves while some women have no choice and would do anything to be healthy. They're making themselves sick while providing a 'How To Guide' for others. Eating disorders are developed easily enough and I don't think this documentary is helping at all. Do you think they're going too far?
